MASH Impact is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate – Campaigns to join our team and help drive our mission forward. In this role, you’ll help design, execute, and optimize impactful campaigns that engage diverse audiences, and contribute to our mission’s success.
• Support in designing and executing multi-channel campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in content creation and design for various formats, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create concept notes, and project reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline execution and communication.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance campaign reach.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
• 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or communications.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
